Welcome! We are Soulfire Coffee, a mobile coffee cart that serves the Nashville area with custom specialty espresso.

We are a husband and wife team, excited to fuel the events that set YOUR soul on fire. Originally, Ashlyn was a critical care nurse working in the downtown area and previously worked as a barista while going through nursing school in Washington State. Her husband, Nick, is a professional country music songwriter who moved from Kansas. Ashlyn’s passion for quality coffee and service is what sparked her interested to pursue her dream of opening her own coffee cart. Back in the summer of 2023, she brought the idea to Nick of opening a mobile coffee cart to serve events in the Nashville area. Being the dream chaser Nick is, he encouraged Ashlyn to follow the thing that “set her soul on fire”.
